SANSKRIT
Sanskrit is an ancient Indo-European language that has estimated to have been around since 1500 - 500 BCE & is a language where many modern languages throughout the world have their roots.
Today the choir brings Sanskrit into the contemporary world through performance and recording with the guidance of Gaiea Sanskrit who has studied the language since childhood.

THE CHOIR'S STORY
Gaiea and the Cosmic Choir started as just 'Cosmic Choir' in 2021, first as a community workshop format and running terms twice per year with performances at the end of each. The choir has been evolving all the while and now is focusing on bringing what has been learned to the public and to share even further.
